a 3-week live e-course for 10-18 year olds
an intro to creative expressive jornaling
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are”
- Carl Jung
In a world that moves faster than ever, many of us have drifted away from the simple but essential act of spending time with ourselves —dreaming, reflecting, and nurturing our creative and critical thinking skills. Introduction to Creative Expression Journaling is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with the parts of us that often get lost in the noise of daily life.
This course introduces a fun, yet powerful journaling method for self‑reflection, emotional grounding, and authentic expression. Through guided practices, participants learn how to document what matters to them, uncover personal insights, and strengthen their problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities. Rather than seeking external validation, this process encourages a return to inner wisdom and the discovery of one’s unique gifts—gifts that are often overshadowed by expectations or prescribed identities.
At its heart, this course honors the belief that we are powerful, unique beings and every life holds a story.

Jennifer Kaye
As a Quantum Wellness and Purpose-Driven Coach, I bring more than two decades of study in positive psychology, personal development, and mindfulness practices to my work with individuals and organizations. My approach blends intuition, education, and lived experience, all of which led me to develop a unique journaling practice designed to help people reconnect with themselves. This reflective process invites self‑exploration, personal ownership, and a deeper understanding of one’s life story.
I am especially passionate about sharing this work with children and young adults. At a time when external influences can easily overshadow inner truth, I believe in giving young people tools to turn inward, appreciate their individuality, and recognize themselves as creative beings with meaningful gifts to offer. Through this practice, they learn to honor their uniqueness, build inner resilience, and cultivate a sense of purpose that can guide them throughout their lives.
